Our Story

Vince Ferrante - President and Founder

Vince founded the Daven Agency Inc. in 1990 and started his company with a desk and a phone in the basement of his home. Today the agency owns and occupies a six thousand (6,000) square foot office building located in Old Bridge, NJ (mailing address is Matawan, N.J.). There are twenty experienced professionals working for the Daven Agency. The agencies continued success and growth is based upon Vince's strong belief that clients should be treated with the same professionalism and respect that we ourselves wish to be treated.

The agency is a full service firm offering insurance to businesses and individuals. The agency can accommodate every insurance need a client requires. From personal auto and homeowners insurance to business insurance including hard to place products liability coverage's. Business health and individual life insurance products are also available.

Vince has been in the insurance business for the past forty years as an insurance executive in various capacities. Prior to starting his professional career he was a decorated Viet Nam war veteran. After receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army he went to college and earned a bachelor of Engineering degree from Pratt Institute before beginning his career in insurance.

The staff at the Daven Agency is comprised of licensed insurance agents with specific insurance specialties. Licensed customer service representatives with expertise in personal lines service our homeowner and personal auto clients. Corporate clients are serviced by licensed customer service representatives with specific knowledge in handling all phases of insurance required in the corporate world. The average licensed agent has 12 years of insurance experience. Whether closing on a home, buying a car, or acquiring a business, we at the Daven Agency are ready to provide you with an intelligent, educated, and experienced solution to your insurance requirements.
